Items Needed

This list is provided as a suggestion of the items needed by the individuals and families who utilize the Lompoc Food Pantry services. Sometimes we forget just how important a bar of soap or even a toothbrush can mean for the simple daily dignity of those in need. We are in need of donations all year round. Any and all items are warmly appreciated and can be delivered to the address below.

We also accept backyard bounty, so if you have a fruit tree or extra vegetables from your garden to share, please keep us in mind!

We are in need of volunteers to help us sort food and stock shelves during the week. Please click here to learn more about volunteering.

Financial Donations – Here are a few examples of the many ways your financial gift can help:

  • $100 will get us a truckload of groceries from the Foodbank in Santa Maria;
  • $130 provides emergency utility assistance to keep a family warm;
  • $200 buys two new tires for our hard-working truck;
  • $500 enables our Lompoc Center to provide food, clothing, rent and utility assistance for one day to more than 73 families in Lompoc

We serve needy families, homeless individuals, vulnerable seniors, and men, women and children of all faiths — the only qualification for help is demonstrated need. Last year we helped over 5,400 local families.

Without the generous help of people like you, none of this could take place.

Checks may be made out to the Lompoc Food Pantry and either dropped off or mailed to 325 N. Second St., Lompoc, CA 93436.

Our local Grocery Outlet is hosting their 10th Annual Independence from Hunger campaign, during which they’re raising money which will go to the Lompoc Food Pantry. Their goal is $20,000 and they’re more than halfway there already!

Donations are being accepted online at https://golompoc.square.site and any donation of $5 or more gets you a $5 off coupon to the Lompoc Grocery Outlet store. The campaign runs through July 31.
