Volunteer

Would you like to help those in need?

One of the greatest gifts you can give is your time. The Lompoc Food Pantry Catholic Charities is in need of volunteers to help sort food, fill shelves and help clients at our location at 325 North 2nd Street. You can download a volunteer application here, or contact our Volunteer Coordinator at (805) 737-4140 for details (please leave a message if no answer) – you can also contact us via email here.

Why volunteer?

The Lompoc Food Pantry Catholic Charities provides more services to families and individuals in the Lompoc Valley alone than any other agency in Santa Barbara County. The contributions that we receive serve local people in need, and we welcome everyone, serving men, women and children of all faiths — the only qualification for help is demonstrated need. Last year we helped over 5,400 local families.

Besides helping serve the most vulnerable in our community, volunteering also benefits you, too! Giving to others can help reduce stress, stimulate you mentally, provide a sense of purpose and connect you with other people. We have a variety of tasks and schedules available – we can definitely find the right fit for you!

Just a few of our dedicated volunteers, staff and board members. We appreciate each and every one of them!
